Returns & Exchange Policy

We accept returns placed within 7 days from the date of receipt. Return requests placed after 7 days of receipt will not be accepted.
Thread & Essence does not offer refunds. We accept size exchanges only.
Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in original condition with tags intact. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Sale items and custom pieces are non-exchangeable. Return shipping charges, if applicable, are borne by the customer.
